The session, organized by the Club Excelencia en Gestión, brought together representatives from various organizations to analyze the purpose and key strategic challenges of B:SM. The general director of B:SM, Marta Labata, presented the organization's work areas and strategic lines.
The event was divided into two parts: an exchange and reflection space on organizational management and transformation, followed by a guided tour of Park Güell. Attendees learned about the park's history and heritage, one of the sites managed by B:SM.

Founded in 1991, the Club Excelencia en Gestión is a non-profit, multi-sector association with over 230 member organizations. B:SM has been a member since 2000, and its general director has held the vice-presidency of the association since February 2023.
