The Employment Fair will return to the Montjuïc venue on October 21 and 22, doubling its surface area to increase job vacancy offers and professional guidance services.

The event, promoted by Barcelona City Council through Barcelona Activa and organized by Fira de Barcelona, aims to connect talent with the real needs of the labor market. Under the slogan 'T’obrim portes', the event is aimed at both young people starting their professional careers and those looking to reorient their professional path.
The new edition stands out for the growth of the area dedicated to professional opportunities, where companies will present specific vacancies. The 'Talent en directe' initiative will be launched to facilitate quick interviews, and sectoral marketplaces will be organized to streamline recruitment in high-demand fields.
The expansion of the space will allow for the strengthening of training areas, which will include trade demonstrations and personalized advice. Visitors will be able to access talks and simulations of selection processes that incorporate technologies such as artificial intelligence to improve employability.
Access to Palace 8 at Montjuïc will be free, although the organization has established a pre-registration system by time slots to manage capacity. More than 100 entities are collaborating in this initiative, which will also include a technical conference for experts within the framework of the Barcelona Agreement for Quality Employment.
