Goals from Antonia García (twice), Ian Reche, and Henry Egas sealed the victory that will allow them to compete for promotion to the top tier of Catalan football.

This sporting success comes in the club's 75th anniversary year, having been founded in 1951. It marks the pinnacle of coach Manu Gracia's tenure, who has been with the team for eight seasons. Gracia took over the club in a critical situation and has led them to reach the Primera Catalana, a league they had never played in before, and now, to compete in the play-off for the Lliga Elit.
