The Mossos d'Esquadra have launched an investigation to identify the perpetrator of a physical and verbal homophobic assault that occurred at the Clot metro station in Barcelona.

The incident reportedly took place on the early morning of July 19, coinciding with the conclusion of the Pride concerts in the Catalan capital. According to the information provided, the victim suffered insults related to their sexual orientation and a physical attack.
The Observatory against LGTBI-phobia has intervened in the case, activating victim support protocols and filing a formal complaint with police authorities. Additionally, the organization has notified TMB of the incident so that appropriate measures can be taken.
This event follows another incident recorded during the same celebration, when an individual was arrested by the Guàrdia Urbana after threatening a couple with a glass bottle.
