Valls' Circoteca saw a complete sell-out this Wednesday with the pirate show "Pirate Grogshow", a free solidarity initiative for residents of the Alba and Montserrat Cuadrada care homes.

The company Martini & Manzani, from Reus, presented a fun pirate adventure at Valls' Circoteca, home of the Passabarret Company. The event, held on June 17th, is part of the Sant Joan festival's solidarity initiatives and marks its second consecutive year.
The performance, with free entry exclusively for residents of the Alba and Montserrat Cuadrada residences in Valls, was at full capacity. The initiative was launched by the Valls City Council to bring circus arts closer to the most vulnerable groups.
The comedic duo Martini & Manzani, featuring Alexandra Martín and Iván Manzanero, specialists in clowning and absurd humor, captivated the audience with their show "Pirate Grogshow". The play featured a miniature pirate ship, with the protagonists searching for hidden treasure, much to the delight of the elderly attendees.
