This initiative aims to provide continuity for public transport in the area, reducing the impact on residents of the Les Corts district due to traffic limitations established by the Mobility Plan on FC Barcelona match days.
The route will connect key points near areas with restricted traffic, improving connectivity between the neighborhoods of Les Corts and facilitating links with the regular bus network, covering the most strategic stops.
The circular route, approximately 6 kilometers long, will start around the Ernest Lluch interchange, on Camí de Torre Melina street. From there, it will travel along Carretera de Collblanc, Cardenal Reig street, and Sant Ramon Nonat avenue, returning to Carretera de Collblanc and continuing along Madrid avenue, Gran Via de Carles III, Diagonal avenue, Doctor Marañón avenue, and finally Doctor Marañón Melina avenue to complete the loop.
This bus service will begin two hours before each match and will operate continuously until an hour and a half after its conclusion. The frequency will be approximately every 15 minutes, with an estimated journey time of 32 minutes to complete the circular route, although these times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
With this measure, TMB reaffirms its commitment to mobility, adapting public transport services to the specific needs of match days. The new line will ensure the mobility of residents and connectivity with the regular bus network, while helping to minimize disruptions caused by large-scale events.
