The processing of this data is based on the explicit consent of the data subject and the legitimate interest of the controller, and data will be retained until consent is withdrawn.
Additionally, community members can submit complaints and suggestions, or report incidents in common areas through specific forms. Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the controller, and data will be retained as long as necessary for its purpose.
The PCB also offers individual lockers and manages requests for image capture authorization within its facilities, both processes handled via intranet forms and reviewed by the communication department. Processing is based on contract fulfillment or legitimate interest.
Regarding access control to the facilities, the PCB manages individual identification through forms for requesting identification cards, deactivations, or duplicates, as well as requests for occasional access. Processing is based on the space rental agreement and legitimate interest, with data for occasional visitors retained for 30 days.
The booking of meeting rooms, auditoriums, and multipurpose rooms for events such as networking, seminars, or conferences can also be managed through the intranet. Data processing for these bookings is based on contract fulfillment.
Entities located within the park can request maintenance, repair, or facility modification services through forms from the client area. Data may be shared with companies responsible for maintenance. Processing is based on the space rental agreement.
Finally, the intranet allows for managing registrations, deactivations, or occasional access to specialized scientific services, such as radioactive facilities, special reaction rooms, culture rooms, animal facility services, and equipment disposal requests. It also handles requests for photocopier use, dry ice service, water dispensers, laundry and clothing rental, and shop materials. Processing for these services is based on contract fulfillment.
Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection to data processing by writing to the PCB or contacting the data protection officer. In case of dissatisfaction, a complaint can be filed with the supervisory authority.
