The El Secreto de Ciscu pastry shop from Terrassa has been awarded the public's prize for the best croissant in Barcelona thanks to its innovative “Drácula” creation at Croiss&Fest 2026.

The Croiss&Fest 2026, held in Barcelona between May 1st and 3rd at the Poble Espanyol, crowned the “Drácula” croissant from El Secreto de Ciscu pastry shop as the public's favorite. This creation captivated the nearly 22,000 attendees who participated in the tasting and voting of the presented proposals.
The winning proposal stood out for a bold and unique combination of flavors. The “Drácula” croissant featured a cola topping, a creamy vanilla filling, and a natural sour strawberry syrup, a fusion that seduced the palates of the event's visitors. During the three-day festival, nearly 35,000 croissants were served, made by eight participating pastry shops.

"More than 3,200 croissants made, days without sleep and shifts of up to 22 hours in the workshop. Seeing so many people recognizing our work is, without a doubt, the greatest prize we can receive."
