The Vinàriament festival reaches its second edition at Barcelona's Poble Espanyol, offering an experience that combines award-winning Catalan wines and cavas, haute cuisine, and live music until May 31st.

The second edition of the Vinàriament festival has settled in Barcelona's Poble Espanyol, becoming an unmissable event for lovers of fine wine and gastronomy. The event, which can be enjoyed until May 31st, presents a comprehensive offering that includes Catalan wines, cavas, and vermouths awarded in recent editions of the Premis Vinari, accompanied by haute cuisine and live musical performances by 'djs' and bands.
The festival's program features various activities, such as white wine and vermouth tastings, pairings of selected cheeses with wines, and vermouth combinations with local products. One of the most notable proposals is the 'Vi & Vinils' experience, which merges award-winning wines with vinyl DJ sets, creating a unique atmosphere.
The gastronomic offer is designed by renowned chef Fran López, known for his Michelin-starred establishments such as Villa Retiro and Xerta. His proposal focuses on local products and includes dishes like a selection of Catalan cheeses, marinated sardines, Delta oysters, cod brandada, and Andalusian-style squid with citrus mayonnaise. The music will be performed by artists such as Axel Davis, LIL’MUSES, and Pep Show Boys, along with sets by DJ Mussol and DJ Marian.
Tickets for the festival start at €5, which includes access to the Poble Espanyol. Packages are also available that combine consumption vouchers and special tickets for tastings and pairings, allowing attendees to enjoy a complete experience.
In addition to Vinàriament, the city hosts other gastronomic events this weekend. The Petit Mercat de Mercats, at the Barceloneta market, focuses on local gastronomy and healthy eating, offering the opportunity to cook fresh products on the barbecue and workshops on the Barceloneta bomb. There will also be space for quality products from Lleida, with oil and pear tastings, and a dining area with tapas and live music.
The Ruta del Espárrago de Navarra continues until May 31st in Barcelona, with 38 restaurants participating with dishes made from this product. Furthermore, the Abadal winery in Santa Maria d'Horta d'Avinyó hosts the Abadal Music Fest, featuring performances by artists like Alfred Garcia and Diana Murr and Manu Guix, paired with the winery's wines. Finally, the Fira del Vi DO Tarragona in Tarragona brings together 11 wineries from the designation of origin, gastronomic offerings, and music.
