The focus of the collaboration is centered on strategic projects such as the Torribera university campus and the improvement of social and educational infrastructure.
Among the collaboration projects reviewed were the development of the university campus in Torribera, the investment plan for schools and sports centers, the creation of the second residence and day center, and the BesArt project at the Besòs River Park.
