Ramon Prat has reaffirmed his status as a national reference in the world of boccia by winning the Spanish championship held this past weekend in the BC4 modality. The victory was the result of a hard-fought competition.
In the preliminary phase, Prat overcame his first hurdle with a decisive 7-1 victory against José Miguel Ramon, despite having previously lost a close match 6-5 to Víctor Català. This overall result allowed him to advance to the semifinals as group leader.
In the semifinals, the Berguedà player defeated Miguel Ángel Tajuelo 5-2. In the other semifinal, Vasile Agache beat José Miguel Ramon 5-0. The final saw Prat and Agache face off, with Prat securing a narrow 5-4 victory to be crowned champion.
