Ger kicks off the traditional Gourmand Market today, Thursday, an initiative that will tour four municipalities in Cerdanya, including Prullans, Prats i Sansor, and Guils de Cerdanya.

The covered indoor sports center in Ger hosts the start of the Gourmand Market's tour, which this year celebrates a new edition with the participation of four towns in the Cerdanya region. This gastronomic fair, already a tradition in the area, will feature a dozen stalls.
Visitors can taste and purchase a wide variety of high-quality, local products, such as cheeses, cured meats, oils, wines, and honeys from local producers. There will also be space for aloe vera cosmetics and clothing and wood crafts.
The weather will be a key factor in the market's operation, with mornings expected to be hot and possible showers in the afternoons. The heat forecasts may influence daily schedules, with a midday break until the cooler evening temperatures arrive.
