Ski resorts in the Catalan Pyrenees started January 2026 with excellent snow conditions, confirming the Christmas campaign as the best in recent years for the sector.

Alpine ski resorts have started the year at full capacity, reporting very positive snow data. The Alp 2500 domain (Masella and La Molina) offers 135 skiable kilometers with depths up to 135 cm. Highlights include Boí Taüll (150 cm) and especially Vallter, which boasts the best depth in the Pyrenees at 160 cm, with all 16 km operational.
The situation is also unbeatable for cross-country skiing. The Tot Nòrdic centers maintain most circuits open, with additional snowfall reported this Monday. Tuixent-la Vansa and Aransa have 30 km of open circuits, closely followed by Lles de Cerdanya (28 km) and Guils-Fontanera (26 km).
Outside the Catalan regions, the situation remains excellent. In Andorra, Grandvalira offers 197 skiable kilometers, and Ordino Arcalís reaches 135 cm. In Alta Cerdanya and Capcir, resorts such as Font-Romeu Pyrenées 2000 (145 cm) and Porté-Puymorens (130 cm) are also operating at 100%.
