The Conca de Barberà region was the setting for a notable music tour by the Francisco Escudero Professional Music Conservatory from Donostia on May 8 and 9, 2026, featuring performances by its symphony orchestra and choir.

The first performance took place on Friday, May 8, at the Pati del Castell in Santa Coloma de Queralt. The joint concert by the symphony orchestra and choir captivated the audience with a rich and varied repertoire, marking the beginning of this cultural initiative in the region.
The program continued on Saturday, May 9, with two more events. At noon, the Parish Church of Vimbodí i Poblet hosted a concert by the Cor Escuderoko Profesional Ikasketen Korua. In the afternoon, the Church of Santa Maria in Montblanc was the venue where the symphony orchestra and choir once again delivered a high-quality recital.
This cultural activity received support and collaboration from the municipalities of Montblanc, Santa Coloma de Queralt, and Vimbodí i Poblet, as well as the Conca de Barberà Regional Council, the Diputació de Tarragona, and the Generalitat de Catalunya. The initiative highlights the importance of fostering young talent and musical education in the region.
