The Poblet Monastery will open its doors on June 26th to participate in the 'Night of Churches', a Catalonia Sacra initiative inviting a contemplative experience of religious sites.

Under the theme “Night of light and silence”, this event aims to highlight the spiritual, artistic, and architectural heritage of various Catalan temples. The experience will be marked by light, contemplation, and silence, offering participants a more intimate and peaceful encounter.
The monastery in Conca de Barberà, a significant regional heritage site, is thus joining an initiative that will take place simultaneously in numerous churches across Catalonia.

The activity will be free of charge and is part of Catalonia Sacra's efforts to bring religious heritage closer to the public and offer new ways to discover it.

Other participating venues include the Cathedral of Sant Pere de Vic, the Basilica de Santa Maria del Pi in Barcelona, the Seu de Manresa, the Hermitage of Sant Quirc de Durro, the Church of Santa Maria de Cervelló, the Monastery of Santa Maria de Ripoll, and the Church of Santa Maria la Major de Montblanc, among others.
