The training event will take place on November 3rd and 4th, during the morning, at the Masia de'n Cabanyes, located in Vilanova i la Geltrú. The aim is to improve competency management within the Human Resources departments of local administrations in the region.
The course will be taught by Nono Hernández Moreno, coordinator of the Administrative Improvement and Procedure Rationalization Unit of the Junta de Andalucía. It is specifically designed for HR technicians from these administrations.
Places are limited, and the initiative is supported by the Consell Comarcal del Garraf. The organization is handled by HR from the Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council and RRHH | MPG.
