The new establishment, located in the Garraf region, stands out for a comprehensive reorganization of the commercial space. The main goal of this renovation is to optimize the customer shopping experience and improve the operational efficiency of the staff, facilitating restocking tasks and assortment management.
One of the most relevant innovations of this model is the creation of a Central Workshop, which centralizes the preparation, cutting, and packaging tasks for fresh products. This measure allows for more sales floor space and reinforces the quality of the items offered to the consumer.
“"It takes a further step in optimizing the shopping act, making it more agile and simple, thanks to a more intuitive organization of the assortment."
In addition to distribution improvements, the project incorporates sustainability criteria. The facilities have been updated to achieve a 10% energy saving and a 40% reduction in water consumption compared to previous models. The establishment also includes a rest area for customers.
This opening is part of the company's expansion strategy, which plans to reach 60 establishments of this model throughout Spain by the end of 2026.
