The Arbeca City Council has issued a proclamation reminding citizens of municipal regulations regarding pets and announced two cultural activities for late October.

The Arbeca City Council has reminded citizens of their obligation to comply with the Municipal Ordinance on pet ownership. Emphasis is placed on the need to ensure civic and safe coexistence, recalling that animals must be leashed in public areas, potentially dangerous breeds must wear muzzles, and both their excrement and urine must be collected.
Furthermore, the municipal body invites attendees to the talk "Let's Talk About Emotional Well-being: Self-Care as the Basis of Mental Health," which will take place this Thursday at 6:30 PM in the Sala l’Abadia d’Arbeca. This activity, organized for World Mental Health Day, will be led by Thelma Hernando Mallien, a General Health Psychologist and Referent for Emotional and Community Well-being at EAP Les Borges Blanques.
Additionally, the Arbeca City Council, in collaboration with the Ruta del Vi de Lleida (Lleida Wine Route), is organizing the second stop of the "Enruta’t" event this Sunday at the Fortalesa dels Vilars (Fortress of Vilars). The experience will combine heritage, wine, gastronomy, and music, including a visit to the Iberian fortress, a tasting of 5 wines from the DO Costers del Segre with sommelier Gregori Albareda, local gastronomic pairings, and live music by Segon Passeig.
