The fair will include the traditional local homemade ratafia contest on Saturday, November 28. The following day, Sunday the 29th, the Ratafia Space will be unveiled, showcasing the collection of 32 bottles of Besalú Ratafia.
In addition to the display and sale of ratafias from the region, the fair will also host a market for local and artisanal products.
The rules for the annual contest of the best Besalú ratafia have been released for local residents wishing to participate.
