This program, aimed at young people born in 2008, will allow the funds to be used for purchasing cultural products or for artistic training and creation.
This year, two modalities are offered: DISCOVER CULTURE, which includes tickets for performing arts, music, cinema, museums, books, and digital subscriptions; and CREATE CULTURE, for courses, workshops, musical instruments, and artistic materials.
