The mountain event, starting and ending at the Olot Fire Station Park, featured two courses, a short and a long one, designed to suit different levels. The long course led participants to the summit of Sant Miquel del Mont and continued towards Vall de Bianya.
During this section, runners passed through Santa Margarida, where the Vall de Bianya Town Council collaborated by setting up a refreshment point. After regaining strength, the return route towards Olot went through Colomer and Ventolà, following sections of the Itinerànnia trail network.
The day also saw participation from several council members of the Vall de Bianya Town Council, who took part in the race. Once it concluded, councilwoman Anna Sanchez participated in the trophy award ceremony, representing the council.
The second edition of the Trail Bombers has highlighted the natural environment of La Garrotxa and the landscapes of Vall de Bianya, strengthening the collaboration between the event organizers and the Town Council.
