One person was treated for smoke inhalation this Tuesday following a fire in a house in Sant Gregori, specifically on Carrer de les Cases Corber. The blaze, which is believed to have started in a ground-floor dryer, was brought under control by firefighters in less than twenty minutes.

Firefighters received the alert for the incident at 2:10 PM and deployed three units. The flames were completely extinguished by 2:29 PM, just under twenty minutes after the initial alarm. The affected individual required medical assistance, although the severity of the smoke inhalation was not significant, and no other injuries were reported.
The affected residence is located on Carrer de les Cases Corber in the Girona locality. According to initial information provided by emergency teams, the fire appears to have originated from a dryer situated on the ground floor of the house.
