With this operation, INCASÒL advances the development of a new economic activity space in the Garrotxa municipality, promoting business establishment.
The Pla de Llongafollia is an economic activity sector located near the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. This sector covers 8.31 hectares and addresses the existing demand for land for economic activities in the area.
The development is directly connected to the C-63 road, linking it to Olot. INCASÒL still has one plot available in this sector, covering 8,483.31 m2 of land with a buildable area of 9,501.31 m2 of floor space.
