The match, held at the Tarragona pavilion, saw Cadí la Seu take control of the scoreboard from the first quarter. The team led by as many as 14 points in the second period (24-38), imposing their style of play against a determined Spar Girona.
Marina Mata was named MVP of the game with 14 points and a valuation of 16. Despite the efforts of Iyana Martín, the best young player from the last World Cup, who scored 11 points in the final quarter, it was not enough to change the outcome. Cadí la Seu thus expands its trophy cabinet, breaking the tie with Universitari and now holding 8 titles, trailing behind Uni's 11.
