The Consorci del Lluçanès has presented the new edition of the Formació al Lluçanès program, with activities planned between September 2026 and January 2027, aiming to address the territory's training needs.

The program, driven by various areas of the Consorci, offers a wide variety of courses, workshops, and seminars aimed at adults, businesses, job seekers or those looking to improve their careers, families, and professionals. The new offering maintains its commitment to proximity, accessible, and tailored training for different profiles, combining long-term actions with specific activities of social, educational, and economic interest.
In the area of transversal training, continuity is given to conversational English courses and, notably, to the established range of Catalan language courses, with different levels and formats distributed across various municipalities in Lluçanès. The goal is to continue promoting language learning and social cohesion.
The program also incorporates various proposals aimed at professional qualification. Highlights include the Tastet de Mecànica (Mechanics Taster) from the new Escola d’Oficis del Lluçanès (Lluçanès School of Trades), a joint initiative with the Mancomunitat del Lluçanès. A new edition of the Artisan Cheese Making Course with a sustainable focus is also offered, along with training on communication skills for client management.
In the sports sector, the program includes the training “Targeta vermella a la violència: guia per entrenadors i entrenadores” (Red Card to Violence: Guide for Coaches), aimed at promoting educational, safe, and respectful sports.
Regarding training for employment and businesses, actions are included to improve employability and support entrepreneurship. These include a workshop on transversal skills for participants in employment plans, training for migrants to redefine their professional projects, and the Reset Estratègic program for entrepreneurs and newly created businesses (0-3 years old) in the consolidation and growth phase.
The program is complemented by activities open to the general public, such as a seminar on time management and work-life balance in rural and agricultural settings, a talk for families on adolescent spending in digital environments, and an artistic workshop for children aged 0 to 6 years and their families. The Escola de Música i Arts del Lluçanès (EMAL) will also offer its quarterly workshop program.
Most activities are subsidized, and registrations will open progressively as each course's start date approaches. All updated information can be found on the Consorci's website.
