The initiative targets young people aged between 16 and 29 years old registered in the municipalities of Alpens, Lluçà, Olost, Oristà, Perafita, Prats de Lluçanès, Sant Agustí de Lluçanès, Sant Bartomeu del Grau, Sant Boi de Lluçanès, Sant Martí d’Albars, and Sobremunt. The main condition is that they are pursuing studies in a municipality different from their place of residence, as the educational offering is not available locally. Studies can be undertaken anywhere in Catalonia.
The call covers a wide range of studies, including Training and Insertion Programs (PFI), Specific Training Itineraries (IFE), Baccalaureate, Intermediate and Higher Vocational Training Cycles, Professional Artistic and Sports Education, Higher Artistic Education, and University Degree studies. Master's degrees, postgraduate studies, and non-official qualifications are excluded.
Each accepted application will receive a fixed grant of €100, until the available budgetary credit is exhausted. Priority in awarding grants will be given to students pursuing studies in public centers over subsidized or private ones, based on the order of application receipt. This preference will apply as long as there is no public offering of the same studies within 75 km of the municipality of residence. The grant will not be compatible with other subsidies for the same purpose.
The deadline for submitting applications is from October 13 to 30, 2026. Applications must be signed and submitted via a general application form to the registry of the Consorci del Lluçanès or the participating town councils. Required documentation includes the standardized application form, the applicant's DNI/NIE/passport (and that of the minor beneficiary if applicable), proof of residence (volant d’empadronament), a certificate of enrollment from the educational center, and the IBAN number.
