The initiative, supported by the Barcelona Provincial Council, seeks to bring together citizens from the three municipalities to show rejection of all forms of machista violence and to demand a society free from violence against women. The walk, which began as a space for gathering and advocacy, has become a healthy reunion.
This year's route connects the three municipalities with a 7.3-kilometer path. The march will start and end at the Parc dels Germans Gabrielistes in Sant Vicenç de Montalt, passing through the Parc de Sant Pere in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres and the Esplanada de Can Muntanyà in Caldes d'Estrac.
The event will begin at 9:00 AM at the Parc dels Germans Gabrielistes with the reading of a manifesto. Afterwards, a breakfast will be offered to registered participants, who can also collect commemorative t-shirts. Registrations can be made online until Tuesday, November 10th, or in person.
