The second edition of the Fontada de la Salut brought together dozens of people of all ages at the Can Rull fountain, in a day dedicated to reclaiming history and popular traditions.

The initiative, promoted by the entity Inspira Arrels, aims to preserve and enhance the territory's roots through culture, memory, and local customs. The celebration offered a wide program of activities, artisan stalls, and musical performances that filled the space with life throughout the morning.
Attendees had the opportunity to discover a wide variety of handmade products and participate in various workshops designed for all audiences. Gastronomy also played a prominent role, with a popular paella that added flavor to this festive and family-friendly day.
The Can Rull fountain became the nerve center of the Aplec's most historical and traditional aspect. The workshops, which brought together participants from different generations, were one of the main focuses of the day to reclaim artisan trades.

"It is very important that people of all ages come here and, away from screens, can discover what our culture is like."

A participant in a bobbin lace workshop highlighted the work of the organizing entity, emphasizing the importance of teaching these manual activities in schools. Despite moderate attendance at times, the good atmosphere experienced at the Fontada was noted.
Furthermore, a stall with wrought iron pieces and articles, evoking the aesthetic of ancient Rome, displayed arrowheads and other manually crafted elements. The stallholder and promoter of forging courses explained the importance of valuing this trade and called for more economic support for the sector.
In addition, the Argentona Pitcher Museum brought visitors a display of traditional pitchers and the culture associated with this emblematic piece. A representative of the Friends of the Pitcher Museum explained that their collection exceeds 4,000 pitchers and that they seek to keep this tradition alive in an increasingly digitized world, promoting courses and activities for its preservation.
The day's program continued in the afternoon with various musical concerts, including those by Cop d'Ànima, Bratia – Balkan Gypsy Jazz, and Sergi Estrella. Previously, Florència de la Salut, a tribute to the woman who guarded the Santuari de la Salut for 41 years, was performed, and attendees enjoyed a wine tasting and a concert by Boubacar Cissokho.
