The 'Noves Oportunitats' program has opened an attention point in Malgrat de Mar, located at the Cases dels Mestres, to support young people aged 16-24 who have left education and seek professional guidance.

The Malgrat de Mar City Council has designated the educational facility known as Cases dels Mestres as a 'Noves Oportunitats' Center. This program targets young people aged 16 to 24 who lack qualifications and have prematurely left their studies, offering them training and support to build a professional career.
The 'Noves Oportunitats' program aims to assist young individuals in defining their educational or professional path through flexible itineraries. These combine training in basic and transversal skills, tailored to individual needs, with a duration that can extend up to two years.
The primary objective is to guide young people eager to learn a trade and obtain a certificate that facilitates their job market integration, through orientation, tutoring, training, and ongoing support.
Interested young people can get in touch by calling 937 065 109 or 664 411 822.
This initiative is the result of collaborative efforts between the departments of Employment, Training, Business, and Labor Insertion, and Education of the Malgrat de Mar City Council.
The 'Noves Oportunitats' project originates from the Youth Employment area of the Servei Públic d'Ocupació de Catalunya (Catalan Public Employment Service), in partnership with the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government), and is funded by the European Social Fund. The Malgrat de Mar center is part of the CNO Barcelona Costa Nord and is managed by Fundació Intermedia, Fundació Main, and Intermedia SCC.
