The procedure, which started today, will allocate the homes exclusively to individuals included in the participant list of the Registry of Applicants for Officially Protected Housing in Catalonia. Currently, Habitatge Metròpolis Barcelona (HMB) is awaiting this list.
Once the list is available, registered individuals will be informed of the process via SMS and email, with the necessary instructions to formalize their participation. Interested parties can consult the procedure's terms and requirements on the entity's website.
HMB reminds applicants that the two protected housing developments in Montgat (Joanot Martorell street, 2-8 and c/ Joanot Martorell 10-16) have independent allocation procedures. Therefore, those who receive a notification to participate in more than one development must formalize their registration in each corresponding procedure.
