Several entities, associations, and collectives in Pineda de Mar have organized a comprehensive program of activities related to Castanyada and Halloween, which will take place between October 23 and November 7 in different parts of the municipality.

The proposals include popular chestnut roasts, terror tunnels, family activities, and commercial initiatives spread across the neighborhoods of Pineda. The first event will be on October 23 with a terror tunnel organized by the AFA of Escola Sant Jordi.
From October 26 to 31, the association Gent de Pineda is promoting a shop window contest among establishments participating in the campaign. Those who make purchases at participating businesses will be entered into a raffle for four tickets to Port Aventura. On October 30, Can Jalpí will host a new terror tunnel, requiring prior registration, and there will also be a terrifying route through the town center streets and a musical parade with a brass band, organized by Gent de Pineda.
On October 31, various chestnut roasts will be held in the neighborhoods. The AVV Pinemar will celebrate its festival in Plaça Lita Cabellut, while Plaça Mèlies will host the second edition of the Castanyada Popular, promoted by El Cau de Pineda, Joventuts Màgiques, Ateneu Popular Sa Boada, XIP, and Club Bitlles Catalanes Pineda de Mar. There will also be a chestnut roast in Mas Rafart, organized by the AVV Les Creus, and an activity combining a chestnut roast and terror tunnel in Plaça de la Biblioteca, by Unió Poblenou.
The final activities will take place on November 7. The AFA of Escola Montpalau will organize a terror tunnel at 7:30 PM, and the AVV Can Feliu Manola will hold a chestnut roast in Plaça Can Feliu Manola.
Through these initiatives, local entities, with the support of the City Council, are once again offering spaces for gathering and participation linked to two of the most popular autumn celebrations.
