The III Salute Festival in Amposta organizes six free cultural activities between January and February to break stigmas and promote community mental health, according to the ERA Comunalitat.

The third edition of the festival, driven by the ERA Comunalitat d'Amposta, seeks to question prejudices, break labels, and generate safe spaces where experiences and emotions can be shared without judgment. Through theatre, music, dance, reading, and open dialogue, the aim is to make visible realities often hidden by stigma and fear.
The program kicks off on January 16 at Sala B with "L'hora que vull" (The Hour I Want), a concert recital followed by a discussion, featuring Lia Sampai and organized by Escletxa Espai Terapèutic. On January 23, Sergi Ferré will lead the workshop "Aprén a deixar-te estimar" (Learn to Let Yourself Be Loved) at the same venue.
Late January activities include the Reading Club on January 28 at Llibreria La Romàntica, which will discuss the work La compañera by Agustina Guerrero, and the dance and expression workshop "Cos potent, ment en calma" (Powerful Body, Calm Mind), led by Ana Belen Pitarch on January 29 at Sala B.

To bet on care that goes beyond the individual: care that involves connection, presence, and the construction of a more empathetic, creative, caring, conscious, and responsible community for the well-being of all.

The final two proposals will focus on mental health in February. On February 7, "Cadires al carrer!" (Chairs in the Street!), an open circle discussion and hot chocolate event, will take place in Plaça Cecília Carvalho. The festival will conclude on February 11 at Sala B with the performance "Estigmes" (Stigmas) by the Club Social de Terres de l'Ebre, followed by a discussion.
