Four individuals have been arrested in La Ràpita following a dispute over the use and possession of an apartment, which led to one person being injured and an assault.

The events took place on the night of September 12th, when an alert was received about a dispute between several people in a building in the town. Upon arrival, local police officers found several individuals outside and one man with a facial wound, who was taken to the Amposta Regional Hospital.
The conflict reportedly arose because the main tenant of the apartment had rented rooms to three other people and now wanted them to leave. According to police sources, the man entered the property with six other individuals, forcibly evicted them, and threw their belongings into the communal stairwell.
Consequently, three men aged 46, 51, and 42 were arrested as alleged perpetrators of home invasion with violence. Additionally, a 28-year-old man was arrested for threats and assault, in connection with the aggression suffered by one of the involved parties.
In parallel, four people were placed under investigation for their alleged participation in the home invasion. During the police operation, a bladed weapon, believed to have been used in the assault, was also recovered. The detainees were brought before the judicial authorities on September 14th.
