The Deltebre City Council has unveiled the program for the event, which continues its commitment to live cooking and quality gastronomic dissemination. This edition will feature a total of 22 showcookings and culinary presentations.
Among the prominent participants are four chefs awarded with Michelin Stars, including Jeroni Castell, Raúl Resino, Rafel Múria, and Iñaki Aldrey. They are joined by media personalities such as Arnau París and Gessamí Caramés, as well as local chefs and renowned establishments.
“"Mescla is an example of how we can promote high-level events capable of attracting more and more visitors, generating economic activity, and positioning ourselves as a top-tier gastronomic tourist destination."
The exhibition will bring together 56 stands, consolidating its role as a showcase for the economic, gastronomic, and tourist potential of the Terres de l’Ebre. One of the most sought-after proposals, Mescla a Bord, which combines gastronomy, landscape, and performing arts, has already sold out 10 sessions and 658 tickets before the fair's opening.
“"We present a program that consolidates this event as one of the most outstanding in Catalonia's gastronomic and tourist calendar."
The evolution of Mescla has been remarkable, increasing from 10,000 tastings sold in 2021 to 108,805 in 2025, an increase of over 974% in four years. The program will be complemented by children's activities, concerts, competitions, and inclusive spaces for all audiences.
The official inauguration of the fair, scheduled for Friday, May 22 at 11 a.m., will be led by the mayor of La Ràpita. This gesture symbolizes the essence of the Delta and the collaborative work carried out with other municipalities in the DeltaGestió Commonwealth.
