This initiative is born with the purpose of creating spaces for meeting and reflection where vital experience, professional knowledge, and the female perspective can dialogue to build a new narrative for the territory.
The first conference, titled Dones que fermenten futur (Women who ferment the future), will revolve around wine as an expression of landscape, culture, and identity, using the beverage as a metaphor for a way of working in the region.
The cycle aims to create spaces for meeting and reflection where vital experience, professional knowledge, and the female perspective can dialogue to build a new narrative for the territory.
The program will include a pairing lunch led by renowned chefs Carlota Claver, from the restaurant La Gormanda, and Sergi de Meià. Also participating will be viticulturists such as Sílvia Roca (Celler Miquel Roca), Núria Bigorra (El Terrer), Eva Carmona (El Vinyer), Marta Porta (Vall de Baldomar), and Judith Sogas (Celler Rubió de Sols), who will share the challenges of leadership in winemaking projects.
