The project focuses on stabilizing three sections of the stream that suffered significant erosion, particularly as a result of Storm Gloria in 2020. The aim is to consolidate the slopes without altering the river's course and ensuring its hydraulic capacity.
During the execution of the work, vehicle mobility for residents of Passeig del Torrent may be temporarily affected when operators are working in the area.
These works are funded by a grant of €105,908.44 from the Catalan Water Agency. Additionally, the Barcelona Provincial Council contributes €16,152.12, supplementing the city council's own funds for the project.
