Manlleu celebrates the weekend with concerts and cultural activities

Manlleu is filled with cultural and leisure activities this weekend, with options for all tastes from Thursday, August 6th, to Sunday, August 9th.

The city of Manlleu has prepared a diverse agenda for the weekend, featuring concerts, musical presentations, and activities organized by the Youth Association Fes-te Jove Manlleu, celebrating its 25th anniversary.
On Thursday, August 6th, Juli Piris will present an acoustic set of his new work 'Despertar' at the Club Tennis Manlleu at 10 PM. Further information is available at 93 851 45 40, 937128724, or 630367300.
On Friday, August 7th, youth activities begin at 5:30 PM with 'Cantarparcs', a Giants parade from Plaça Cantabars to Parc del Serpent. At 6:00 PM, the Casal Popular Boira Baixa will host the 'Cantabars' pre-party with music and a festive atmosphere. The 25th edition of Cantabars starts at 9:30 PM from Plaça Cantabars, arriving at Prat del Rocòdrom, with the party continuing until 2:00 AM with DJ Rutxo.
Also on Friday, at 9:30 PM, Catalan country music will be performed by Bruna Anfruns at Passeig del Ter, Embarcador area.
On Saturday, August 8th, the Associació Juvenil Fes-te Jove Manlleu organizes a grand festival lunch at 2:30 PM at the Casal Popular Boira Baixa, with registrations at boirabaixa.cat/festa major. In the evening, starting at 10:00 PM, Prat del Rocòdrom will host concerts featuring Pla Moguda, Remei de Ca la Fresca, Agua Bendita, and PD Fes-te Jove All-Stars.
Additionally, Mas La Rierola will host the second edition of the La Rierola Music Festival, with Bach-Lleu performing solo works by Johann Sebastian at 8 PM. Tickets cost €20 and include a glass of cava and a tasting of local Manlleu products.
On Sunday, August 9th, Passeig del Ter (Embarcador area) will feature 'Vermuts al Ter' with the clown company I ARA QUÈ? at 12 PM. The Associació Juvenil Fes-te Jove Manlleu will continue the celebration with a go-kart race at 4:00 PM and the 19th Night Walk at 9:00 PM, with limited places and a price of €6.
The La Rierola Music Festival will conclude on Sunday with the Lluís Vilamajó Quartet Vocal amb Piano at 8 PM at Mas La Rierola, with the same ticket conditions as the previous day.
