Furthermore, they wonder if the decomposition of the animals could pose a public health problem in the area. The complaint comes at a time when organic waste bins have not yet been returned to the neighborhood, making disposal difficult for residents.
The citizen has attached photographs of two dead pigeons found close to homes, highlighting the proximity of the issue to residential areas of the neighborhood.
