This situation forces them to cross a street with heavy traffic and traffic lights, posing a considerable risk, especially to the elderly and children.

The complaint, submitted to the citizen suggestion box of the Vic City Council, highlights the need for better planning and provision of waste management services to ensure citizen convenience and safety.
