The series of talks for healthy aging returns to Manlleu after the summer break, featuring a session on Parkinson's disease on Friday, September 25th, at the Fundació Antiga Caixa de Manlleu Auditorium.

After the summer break, the series of talks aimed at Manlleu residents over sixty years old to promote healthy aging has resumed. The next session will take place on Friday, September 25th, at 6 PM in the Auditorium of the Fundació Antiga Caixa de Manlleu.
The talk, titled "Living with Parkinson's Disease," will be given by family doctor Jordi Espina. It will feature the collaboration of members from the Narinan group, individuals living with the disease who will share their experiences.

The event will be divided into two parts. The first will be a round table where the Narinan Group will explain who they are, what they do, and how they support people with Parkinson's. The second part will offer a practical look at the disease, covering what it is, its symptoms, diagnosis, progression, and treatment, as well as its impact on daily life, family, work, social relationships, and leisure.
Registrations for this activity can be made at the CAP (Primary Care Center) in Manlleu.
