Trufalet stems from the meeting of two artisan traditions that share the same philosophy: care for the product, respect for the territory, and valuing people. This goat cheese is handcrafted using local milk, incorporating summer truffle shavings selected by Laumont, which provides an elegant and balanced aroma.
The project has a strong social component, as it is produced at the Formatges Muntanyola workshop, promoted by the Ampans Foundation. This organization, with over 60 years of history, promotes job inclusion and autonomy for people with intellectual disabilities or in vulnerable situations, who actively participate in the production process.
