This new tool will allow residents to receive real-time service notices, incident reports, information about activities, and the municipal agenda. The channel will progressively replace the existing broadcast group, which will cease to operate on September 30th.
Users can follow the channel via a direct link, without needing to save any phone number or complete any prior registration. Notifications can be enabled for instant alerts, and followers' personal data will not be visible to others.
It is important to note that this channel functions as a one-way information medium. For inquiries, incidents, or procedures, citizens must continue to use the usual citizen service channels of the City Council.
