Clàudia Pérez wins the 80 km event at the 11th Ponicat Raid

The equestrian competition, held in Taradell and Malla, closed the raid season with a technical route highly praised by participants.

Rider Clàudia Pérez, mounting Kletta MCM, secured victory in the 80 km event of the Ponicat Raid in Taradell, which took place last Saturday.

The eleventh edition of the Ponicat raid marked the end of the equestrian raid season, offering participants a well-suited itinerary that mainly ran between the municipalities of Taradell and Malla. Good weather accompanied the day, where riders enjoyed a varied and technical course that tested orientation, endurance, and teamwork.
In the main category, the 80 km event, Clàudia Pérez claimed the triumph with her mount Kletta MCM. The podium was completed by Pau Guillamón, with Essència de Portugal, and Paula Roquer, with Caidan GP. In the 60 km event, victory went to Pol Ausió with Er Riamon, followed by Gabriel Donoso (with SW Mausebra) and Elisabet Sala (with JN No te olvides).
Regarding the shorter distances, the 40 km event was dominated by Aina Olivència with Trek Northwind, accompanied on the podium by Gerard Casas (second with Últim de Masferrer) and Ulyana Smelova (third with Boomerang de Falgars). Finally, in the 20 km course, Martina Subirana was the winner with Highh Strung, followed by Daniela Roqueta and Bruna Llopart.
