A new bus line has been connecting the municipalities of Tremp, la Pobla de Segur, and el Pont de Suert since last September, strengthening public transport in the Pyrenees.

The service, which offers four trips in each direction, has incorporated new strategic stops in Malpàs, Adons, and Corroncui, at Creu de Perves. This initiative responds to a long-standing demand to improve mobility in mountain regions, where transport difficulties affect access to education and basic services.
The schedules have been specifically designed to adapt to the start and end times of local educational centers. This allows students to travel daily to high schools and vocational training centers without relying on private vehicles, a measure that also aims to combat depopulation in the area.
The response from users has been positive, with 3,022 passengers recorded between September and December. This action is part of the Interurban Bus Improvement Shock Plan promoted by the Department of Territory, Housing and Ecological Transition, partially funded by the Climate Fund of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
