CF Tremp solidifies leadership in Tercera Catalana with a major victory

The Tremp team ensures finishing the year at the top of Group 15, while FC Rialp climbs to second place in Quarta Catalana.

CF Tremp strengthened its lead in Tercera Catalana this weekend after defeating CF Bellpuig 5-0, securing the top spot before the holiday break.

The superiority of the Tremp team was evident at the Pedrasanta field against an opponent, bottom of the league, who arrived without substitutes and finished with one player less due to injury. The goals did not arrive until the second half, scored by Mansour, Adrià Codó (who netted two), Jordi Durany, and Pere Galceran. The debut of youth goalkeeper Hèctor Morales was also notable.
Also in Tercera Catalana, CF Pobla lost 2-0 away against UD Calaf. Pobla conceded the first goal just before halftime and the second with fifteen minutes remaining, dropping to 14th position in the table with 10 points.
One category below, in Quarta Catalana, FC Rialp has moved up to second place after two victories. This weekend they defeated Artesa de Segre B 5-1, featuring a hat-trick by Vilajosana. They also secured three points in the postponed match against Miralcamp, played on day 6, winning 1-2.
Regarding basketball, the CB Tremp men's team (Tercera Catalana) suffered a heavy defeat (104-43) at Penya Fragatina. The CB Tremp women's team also lost (63-44) against Bellcaire, closing the first phase with three wins and seven losses. Finally, in futsal, CFS Tremp fell at home by a narrow 2-3 margin against Club Futsal Bell-lloc.
