Banyoles' (a)phònica Festival Celebrates 22nd Edition with a Star-Studded Voice Lineup

The Voice Festival will bring together established and emerging artists from June 25th to 28th in the capital of Pla de l'Estany.

The city of Banyoles is gearing up to host the 22nd edition of (a)phònica, the Voice Festival, taking place from June 25th to 28th with a diverse program.

The festival, which maintains its character as a city festival rooted in the region, will combine established artists with emerging acts and unique formats. This year, the lineup will be headlined by Kiko Veneno, who will open the event on Thursday, June 25th, at Estrella Damm Club Natació Banyoles.
Other notable artists performing during the four-day festival include Lina_ & Marco Mezquida, Magalí Sare with the Cor Bruckner Barcelona, Anna Andreu, Lorena Álvarez, Cor de Teatre, Mapes, L’arannà, Caamaño & Ameixeiras, Quim Carandell, and Raquel Lúa, among many others.
The program kicks off on Friday, June 26th, with L’arannà at the Auditori de l’Ateneu, followed by performances at La Muralla by Alosa and Fillas de Cassandra in a duo format. On Saturday, June 27th, Cor de Teatre will premiere 'Ressons dels cants obscurs' at the Monestir de Sant Esteve, while Lorena Álvarez will present her new album at the Teatre Municipal de Banyoles.
Saturday's schedule also features performances by Mapes, Raquel Lúa on the Tirona boat, and the presentation of 'Descasada' by Magalí Sare with the Cor Bruckner Barcelona. Additionally, La Muralla will host El Pony Menut, gavina.mp3, and Minibús Intergalàctic.
On Sunday, June 28th, Lina_ & Marco Mezquida will present 'O Fado' at the Auditori de l’Ateneu, and Caamaño & Ameixeiras will perform at the Claustre del Monestir. Quim Carandell and Anna Andreu will also give concerts, with El Petit de Cal Eril closing the festival's musical program at La Muralla.
In parallel, the festival will include activities such as the audiovisual performance 'Nauta' by Cor de Teatre, exhibitions, and parallel events, reinforcing its commitment to placing the voice at the center of musical and scenic creation.
