The old traffic light bulbs had become obsolete, causing malfunctions in the electronics and control equipment. The renovation has replaced these elements with more modern and suitable optics, along with the associated wiring.
This upgrade of the traffic light systems enhances overall reliability, reduces breakdowns due to aging installations, and ensures the proper functioning of the signaling equipment.
The project had a total cost of 6,556.48 euros. Of this amount, 6,425.35 euros were funded by the Pla ImpulsDipta of the Diputació de Tarragona.
Through this initiative, the Flix City Council continues its plan to renovate municipal infrastructure and equipment, now focusing on improving traffic regulation and signaling systems.
