Last Thursday, April 30, the Association of Municipal Market Businesses of Flix was formally established, a joint initiative between stallholders and the Flix City Council to revitalize local commerce.

This new entity, driven by the individuals managing the various market stalls and the city council's Department of Commerce, represents a significant step towards fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in the municipality's commercial sector.
The association's formation has as its main objectives the promotion of local commerce, the modernization of market spaces and services, and the implementation of coordinated actions to attract and retain customers. This strategy seeks to strengthen the market's role as an economic and social driver for Flix.
Another key benefit of creating this association is the opportunity to access grants and aid from various administrations and public bodies. These funds will be allocated to improving municipal facilities and developing projects such as advertising campaigns, loyalty programs, and commercial revitalization activities, all aimed at enhancing the market.
With this initiative, the Flix Municipal Market aims to consolidate its position as a vibrant and accessible reference point for both local commerce and the community.
