The PLAENSA surveys reflect a generally positive assessment of the Hospital de Campdevànol. Emergency care was rated 7.28, while hospital clinical care achieved 8.25. The overall patient score for emergency services has seen a slight improvement compared to the previous year.
The hospital's clinical manager, Núria Gomis, expressed satisfaction with the results, highlighting an 8% increase in overall satisfaction and a 13% rise in loyalty. However, she noted that the surveys are a valuable tool for identifying areas for improvement. "In emergencies, it's not easy because we are very busy and need great agility, and perhaps we don't consider the patient enough. We will focus on this and try to improve as much as possible to provide better support," Gomis admitted.
Regarding hospital clinical care, admitted patients slightly lowered their score compared to 2025, dropping from 8.37 to 8.25, figures that remain positive. Gomis acknowledged that food is an "area needing attention," although she clarified that there is an element of "myth" and that dietary restrictions are necessary for patients' health.
Overall, there is satisfaction with the results, which primarily indicate that patients would choose this hospital again if they needed to be admitted.
