The Segarra region has initiated a participatory process to design its strategic plan until 2032, collecting opinions and proposals from citizens and businesses.

The Segarra County Council has advanced in the development of its strategic plan for the 2026-2032 period by implementing two participatory surveys. These consultations are aimed at both citizens and the region's business sector.
The main objective of this initiative is to gather opinions, identify needs, and collect proposals that will serve as a basis for establishing key action lines for the territory's development over the coming years.
Under the slogan ¿Qué percepción tienes de La Segarra? (What is your perception of La Segarra?), the citizen survey invites residents to share their vision of the region, emphasizing its strengths, aspects they consider improvable, and the main future challenges.
In parallel, a specific consultation for businesses has been launched. This seeks to directly understand the economic sector's opinion on current challenges, identified needs, and opportunities that could boost Segarra's competitiveness, innovation, and economic growth.
The responses obtained from both surveys will be crucial in defining the actions that will guide the region's development over the next decade.
